This serene retreat is all about starting a new year with fresh intentions and pure rejuvenation. You'll be spending quality time in the frost-covered English countryside, hanging out by the log fire, sipping red wine and dipping in and out of the indoor heated pool. Magic!

Deepen your stretches on those crisp mornings in the architectural studio, with an incredible view.

Wrap up and take a walk around the countryside estate, and indulge in nourishing vegetarian meals prepared by our talented chef.

Your days will look like this…

Set in 500 acres of countryside beauty and resurrected from old 18th century barns by an award-winning designed house, you'll be welcomed to our very special Gemini Retreat home for 3 nights.

In between morning and evening classes you'll have time to fully immerse yourself in pure relaxation by the pool, go for a walk, get a massage, sip tea/wine whilst relaxing in comfort or watch a film in the cinema room.

What's Included

Get lost in the countryside

You'll enjoy panoramic studio views of the Cotswold hills, a heated glass surrounded indoor pool and a cosy home furnished with an eclectic mixture of furnishings and Scandi design, creating a feel of faraway travel, farmhouse chic and modern luxury.
You'll have your own time to do whatever you like, you are under no strict rules to follow anything if you'd rather stay cozy in your bed for a little longer you are welcome to do so!

The purpose built studio has panoramic views of the cheltenham countryside. You will be invited to move your body every morning and evening but beware you'll get lost in the views!
Evenings are for winding down with our signature Yinlates and massage to really sooth your tension before you return home.
Nourish to flourish this New Year

Indulge in a bespoke Italian menu that draws on seasonal ingredients from local markets. Each meal is curated to nourish your body with a balance of essential nutrients and delicious flavours.
Food is always a big part of our retreats. Our chef, Sophie Gordon (who's been featured in British Vogue) will be lovingly making your breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is included in the price of the retreat.

Both of these twin rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. One twin room shares a bathroom with a luxe king room above down a private hall. The other twin room has its own ensuite bathroom.
